Just a few from this beautiful country wedding at Musterfield Farm in New Hampshire. A lovely couple on a beautiful summer day. What more could you ask for?
I was lucky enough to get a spot in the Julie Paisley Workshop. What a fantastic experience. Learned so much and met some really amazing women… they are all truly talented photographers. I can’t wait til I get to do another one. 🙂 The first day, we just pulled over on the side of Rt.20 in Marlborogh and got these shots of Sarah. On the second day we went to the Wayside Inn & Grist Mill in Sudbury with Darcy and CJ. I can’t say enough about Julie Paisley… she is AH-mazing!
Christina and Michael…. my first engagement session of the season. Such a great couple. We had fun tromping around in the snow at Colby Sawyer College… where they first met as students and where they will both graduate from this … Continue reading
So, I must explain this. When the kids lose a tooth, they get a gift from the tooth fairy. I usually have a stash of little trinkets. But between Marin and Emma in just the last year, my stock of goodies has been depleted. So, Marin lost one of her “Two Front Teeth” on Monday and the tooth fairy forgot to come. And, I then forgot to get the necessary trinkets on Tuesday. So, I called Todd and said, “Babe, please stop at Colonial on your way home and get a small gift for Marin from the Tooth Fairy.” Now, I usually get a ring, or a necklace, or a stuffed animal. Todd…well… he got NUN BOWLING. I don’t know what to say. Marin thinks it’s fabulous. I guess I have been failing miserably as a Catholic mom! Todd said, ” The Lutheran Tooth Fairy dropped by last night.” 🙂

We love getting down the The Cape at the end of the summer. My sister has a place at the Yachtsman in Hyannis, so its great to go visit… kids visiting their cousins, walking the beach down to the break, kayaking in Lewis Bay, and hitting the shops in town at night with rides on the carousel. Thanks Tara!
More pics later…
A surprise storm on Thanksgiving made for some spectacular contrast in the landscape. I was leaving to take the kids to school and this was my view pulling out of the driveway. Thankfully my camera is like my amex… I don’t leave home without it. So, on this Thanksgiving I was thinking… I am Thankful for all the color in our lives.
